Any warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and within the warranty period.
Customers are required to make an advance payment of 50% of the total invoice amount at the time of placing the order.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
All payments must be made in the agreed-upon currency and via the specified payment methods.
All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes.
A Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 18% will be applied to the total invoice amount as per government regulations.
Transportation costs are borne by the customer and will be calculated based on the delivery location.
Delivery timelines are estimated and subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified of any delays.
Risk of loss or damage during transportation is transferred to the customer upon dispatch from our facility.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests made beyond this time may incur charges.
Advance payments are non-refundable once the production or dispatch process has begun.

We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper use or negligence.
